Chuck Lang is Vice President of Global Sales at Locusview, which was acquired by Itron in November 2025. In this role, he leads global commercial strategy and drives growth across the Utility sector, while continuing his long‑standing partnership with Liberty Sales and Distribution.
Chuck began his career in the oil and gas industry, where he spent several years supporting field operations and technology initiatives. He later joined MapFrame, a mobile GIS and field automation software company, playing a key role in scaling the business into a multi‑million‑dollar organization. When GE acquired MapFrame, Chuck transitioned into GE’s Digital Energy Software business, ultimately serving as the Americas Sales Leader responsible for revenue growth across North and Latin America.
In 2014, Chuck moved to Oracle’s Utilities Global Business Unit as Regional Vice President, leading a team focused on expanding Oracle’s meter‑to‑cash and operational technology software portfolio.
Chuck holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Financial Economics from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He resides in Bucks County, Pennsylvania with his wife and three children.
